Whenever in doubt about how to act or behave in any situation always use your best judgment. Don’t “game” the game follow the rules and enjoy the Airsoft Event.

Disrespect of the staff or other players will not be tolerated. Players cheating or disrespecting the staff and other players will be ejected from the event without a refund.

Players who to steal, cause bodily harm, or break any other laws will be ejected from the event without a refund, and will be handed over to local law enforcement officials.

Sportsmanship: Whenever in doubt about how to act or behave in any situation not specifically mentioned, always use your best judgment. Always show good sportsmanship at all times. Please watch your language as best you can, getting caught up in the moment it happens, but please remember that at the end of the day, this is all for fun.

Please respect all admins or field admins at all times.

 

Players will respect the property, that this event is hosted on.

After all events, pick up all trash and please clean up after yourselves.

No damage to any property or equipment we are using is allowed.

 

Minimum engagement distances are: 10 ft. inside that you must go with the Bang-Bang Rule, If you manage to sneak up on a player or a group of players, have a clear shot and are at a distance of 10 ft or less; yell “BANG-BANG” for EACH player you are attempting to kill

(this prevents 1 player from taking out an entire squad by just yelling “bang-bang” once).

This is a safety measure and not to be used as a defensive or offensive tactic.

SMOKE GRENADES: Use of commercially produced smoke grenades, pea grenades, and flash grenades are authorized for participant use based on fire safety conditions at the venue on the day of the event.

Smoke grenades are not authorized for use inside buildings and structures.

Participants are not authorized to bring or use any kind of pyrotechnics not classified as 1.4C for gaming use.

Examples of authorized brands are Enola Gaye and TLSFX.

Homemade pyrotechnics are not authorized. 

 

REAL-WORLD MEDICAL: Any real world emergencies should be reported immediately to field staff and Squad Leaders “Cease-Fire” will be called out This is a code we announce when there is an on field emergency. All players must drop to one knee, place Airsoft guns on the ground and wait for instructions... All airsoft game activities stop until the emergency is over, then the game will continue.

 

Liability / Waivers: Before participating in the weekend events, all Airsoft players will have to sign event Liability Waivers along with other paperwork.

 

Accountability: Help us help you. Be accountable for yourself. When arriving at the game location, please check in at Registration. If you have to leave for any reason at any time, let a referee / field admin know so we don’t think you are missing or hurt and send a search party out for you.

Players Airsoft Equipment and Personal belongings:

Anything you bring with you to airsoft is personal belongings, you are fully responsibility.

We will not be liable or responsible for anything lost, damaged or stolen at  events.

​

Cheating: No Cheating for any reason at anytime. Airsoft is a game of honor. Don’t game the game. Shenanigans will not be looked upon kindly. If you are caught cheating or not calling your hits you will be asked to leave.

​

Alcohol & Drugs: Airsoft games are alcohol and drug free Zone at all times. If any Alcohol or Drugs are brought to Airsoft events, you will be asked to leave.

 

COMMUNICATION RULES: Monitoring enemy communications is permitted at our events however, participants may only listen and cannot key their mike or interfere in anyway with the communications or frequencies assigned to opposing forces. Participants are permitted to use whatever type of radios are legally available to them. The only participants authorized to carry or use radios are: Squad Leaders, and Team Leaders Any participant designated by the command team only. All other participants are strictly forbidden from carrying and using radios.

 

HITS: All Airsoft BB hits to any part of your body and any gear/equipment secured to your person like vests and chest rigs count as a hit. Weapon hits do not count!!

Blind fire is not authorized and strictly prohibited.

Friendly fire counts! If your team mate shoots you, your dead, put you right hand in the air and yell that you are out and walk out to the safe zone. If two players fire simultaneously and both are hit, BOTH players are out, not the player who says “hit” first. Ricochets/projectile

(Airsoft BB) that bounces off another surface and hits a player it does not count as a hit.

 

Surrender: Please note that we DO NOT use “surrender” at our games! Calling out “surrender” implies an opposing player has an option ( comply / escape ) whereas by using “bang-bang” there is no choice - the player being “bang-banged” is simply “dead”.

 

Bad Weather: ​If we have bad weather on the event day the event will be delayed for one hour then field staff will make a decision based upon the weather conditions going on at the time. We will then make an overall event decision to cancel or delay more. We do not cancel for rain, only for extreme weather conditions. We do not play during Thunderstorms.

 

Airsoft Event Age Restrictions: Ages 15+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times including with the adult/parent also taking part in the event with them. Waivers will have to be signed.

 

Players Airsoft Equipment Inspections: All players are required to layout your gear for inspection. This does two things; insures you have all your equipment including safety gear for the event and insures you don’t have anything you are not supposed to have on the field. This Airsoft Equipment Inspection will take place at the Registration area.

Fake Knives are not authorized in our events.

EYE PROTECTION: Eye protection must be worn at all times. No exceptions! We will not be responsible for injuries caused by participants who take their eye protection off during the event. Ensure you have a backup that you know will 100% pass inspection. Steel mesh lenses are permitted. Full face protection is required, a mesh or other type lower face mask, a paintball mask or mouth guard is suggested for protecting against dental injuries.

Full Face protection is required at this event, Full face protection is anything that covers your face area, can be two pics or more of safety gear to make up the full face protection or full face like a paintball mask.

​

FPS LIMITS: The following FPS limits are in effect: 375 fps MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS The use of any drum or winding magazine of any kind Box/drum magazines standard magazines and lo-capacity magazines are allowed. There is no reloading of mags in the field during a Airsoft event unless you have a speed loader. No bottles or Bags of Airsoft BBs are allowed in the field of play.

 

LASERS: Lasers MUST be eye safe and not aimed at heads. Participants need to try their best and aim lasers center mass on the human body in a momentary function. There is no need to keep an active laser on permanently. In the event of signaling, the user is authorized to designate targets in a circular or moving motion.

 

SHIELDS: A hand grenade that lands within ten feet of the carrier behind the shield kills the carrier, the shield and any others participants within ten feet. Shield carrier may only receive scenario medic aid once. The shield CAN NOT advance while taking direct effective fire and MUST react by remaining in place or retreating.

Airsoft Scenario VEHICLES: Participant and Team Airsoft Scenario vehicles are not authorized for use at this event.

 

Medic Rules​​: When players are hit you need to immediately fall to the ground and yell for a medic act the part if you wish put a little roleplay into it for the realism. An appointed team medic will run to you and put a Gauze Roll Bandage on your arm symbolizing you have been treated by the medic. Once the medic has treated you, you may return to the game. Once you are hit a second time you are dead; place your dead rag on your head or chest where it can be seen and put your right hand in the air and yell that you are out while walking to the spawn point. Once at the spawn point you may then return to the game if its still in play unless or wise directed.

 

Camping: Is available at this location, camp fires will be based on fire safety conditions at the venue on the day of the event. All persons camping must have at least a one gallon container of water for fire suppression at there camp site at all times. When you go to leave your camp site the camp fire must be extinguish. No shooting Airsoft guns in the camping area.

Do not burn your trash put it in trash bags and drop it off at the check-in location.

No real world weapons: of any kind are allowed at this airsoft event! You may not open carry on the airsoft field or properties we use, this does include pocket knives. Multi tools are allowed but must be kept away until you have to fix something. If you are caught with a real world weapon of any kind you will be asked to leave.

​

No Shooting: Airsoft Guns anywhere other then at Check-in when you Chrono your weapon or on the Airsoft Field. No Shooting signs or wild life at anytime, No shooting anything other then a follow Airsoft player during a Airsoft event on the field. 

​

Players are required to Bring and use your own Airsoft Bio BB's / Bio BB's ONLY....

Players must bring your own Food and Drinks, Drinking Water will be available on site.

No pets allowed at this event

No Drones are allowed at this event

No spectators allowed with you at this event just Airsoft  players only 

​

No verbal abuse, profanity, name calling, or slurs of any kind. No physical contact allowed.

​

If you lose your Airsoft Event arm band you must buy another for $50 at check-in

​

Event location Gates lock at 10:00 pm each night if your camping you may not leave the event grounds after gate has locked unless you are leaving for the weekend or have an emergency.

Anyone Breaking or not following Rules and Regulations for this event will be ejected from the event without a refund.

We Create a Mil-Sim Airsoft War Game Scenario that you are apart of with lots of objectives, adventures and excitement; it will feel like you are actually there in that moment, it can be that realistic at times.
